Unlike Quick Service Food and Beverage, Full Service Food and
Beverage is not a terribly common role for CP’s and ICP’s. It is important to realise that whilst this
role places you in Full Service or Table Service restaurants, you will not be
working as a waiter/server. As a FSFB CP/ICP,
you will work as a seater, grouping guests, finding and making reservations,
using seating charts, co-ordinating with the servers, rolling silverware and
clearing tables. In this role you will
also be trained to work with Disney’s ADR (Advanced Dining Reservation) system
and the Disney’s Dining Plans.
Here’s the official description of the role:
Full Service Food and
Beverage - non-tipped
- Greeting and seating Guests in restaurants
- Managing a seating chart and resolving Guest situations
- Utilizing a computerized reservation/seating system
- Cash handling - both manual and using computerized registers
- Rolling silverware, folding napkins, and keeping area stocked
- Light cleaning, multi-tasking
That’s all I can really tell you about this role at the
moment. Once I’m on my program I will
try to find out more information and update this page accordingly.
All the contents you mentioned in post is too good and can be very useful. I will keep it in mind, thanks for sharing the information keep updating, looking forward for more posts. Thanks mold in coffee maker water reservoir
